It is the bedside badge on the Ford F-150 from 2015 to 2020 and on single-rear-wheel F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks from 2017 to 2022. The 2021-and-newer badge is very close in shape, but Ford changed the part in 2021 and ours is smaller (about 3.7 x 15.7 inches, against 4.1 x 16.5 here). Measure your badge if you are not sure.

Is this your badge? Look for a chunky, bold 4x4 with dark gray 4s, a red X and a thin light outline. It is the standard 4x4 bedside badge on the Ford F-150 from 2015 to 2020 and on single-rear-wheel F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks from 2017 to 2022. Ford's 2020 Black Appearance version has the same letters in all gray. The 2021-and-newer 4x4 is wider and squarer with a silver outline. The Sport 4x4 badge is a different shape that says SPORT.

Is this your badge? Look for SPORT in large slanted letters with a small 4x4 tucked under the RT, in gray with a red X. It belongs to the XLT Sport Appearance Package on the Ford F-150 from 2015 to 2020. A four-wheel-drive truck shows the small 4x4; the two-wheel-drive version reads SPORT only. The 2021-and-newer Sport badge has squarer letters and is smaller (2.2 x 16 inches instead of 2.8 x 20.1).
